Filtering is surprisingly easy, and the filtered water is definitely drinkable! “The lettering was no longer nice after just one week of use (see photos). By now (2 weeks in Madeira) it is no longer visible at all. The bottle is also very prone to scratches and the "rubber" behind the lid has small cracks. I really expected more for the price. I only drank from sources 3 times and had no problems with the water. The purpose was at least fulfilled.”

How does the Straw differ from the Squeeze?
Straw = drink directly from the source, no container. Ultralight. Squeeze = fill with water, squeeze, drink. Container with volume. Straw for emergency kit, Squeeze for daily filtering.
How long does the straw last?
Up to 1,500 liters of drinking water - approximately 2,500 uses. With normal outdoor use, one straw lasts for several seasons.
Can I drink from any water source?
Yes — hollow fiber membrane (0.2 µm) retains bacteria, viruses, and parasites. Even from stagnant water. Not suitable for salt water, chemically contaminated water, or water with a visible oil film.
How do I clean the straw after use?
Flush with clear water (backwash), then air dry. No hot water, no chlorine. Let dry completely before a long break, otherwise there's a risk of mold.
Why is Straw often bundled for free?
