What we need
Please provide your order number so that our customer support can process your request as quickly as possible.
Shipping costs
In the case of a return, we do not cover shipping costs. These will be deducted from the refund amount at a flat rate of €5.99.
Refund
The refund will be issued within 6 business days of receipt of the goods to the payment method you used.
